Crown Pointe This project located in Columbia, South Carolina is a suburban Office Building designed for multi-tenants in a single story 35,000 sq. ft. facility. Features of the building include field stone columns, brick exterior walls and ribbon glass windows with a hipped/gabled roof. The site is located at the northwest corner of I-26 and I-20 in a bluff overlooking I-20. Unique features of the building includes raised computer plenum floor for over half the building. The lobby has unique features including a fireplace and T.V. lounge/waiting area, with special vaulted ceiling and lighting.

Daniel Island Office/Retail The firm designed a two-story 21,000 sq. ft. office/retail building as part of the Publix Shopping Center complex on Daniel Island. The building includes ground floor retail space, a common lobby/elevator core for the second floor office space. The building was designed to fit the urban fabric of the Daniel Island Commercial district and includes a combination of brick, stucco, and cast stone elements. The firm also had to seek approvals from the City of Charleston Corridor Review Board and the Daniel Island Property Association for the design.

Parkshore Centre This project included master planning, design, construction documents, construction administration, landscape architecture, interior design, graphics and space planning for an office complex planned for three connected phases of 60,000 sq. ft. each. Two buildings have been completed to date. The masterplan included a structural parking garage in the rear. Exterior of the complex is precast concrete and architectural storefronts. Each phase includes a three-story entry lobby. The firm has completed interior space planning and design for tenants of the building. This project was awarded a Prestressed Concrete Institute design award in 1987.
